Alpes-Maritimes, Bouches-du-Rhône, Charente-Maritime, Corse-du-Sud, Gard, Gironde, Haute-Garonne, Haute-Savoie, Landes, Rhône and Var will therefore introduce the health pass from Monday. The Vaucluse and the Pyrénées-Orientales have already demanded it since this week. Loire-Atlantique, which had introduced it on Monday, reversed its decision, its incidence rate being 149 per 100,000 inhabitants.
The measure, announced on Wednesday by the government, could potentially be applicable to a good hundred shopping centers distributed in the 38 departments of mainland France and overseas with a high incidence rate, according to a calculation taken from the list of centers of more than 20,000 m2 communicated Thursday to AFP by the National Council of shopping centers.
